Vouchers are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences partnered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Bandwango and Visit Canton, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Savor Stark Restaurant Month Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility: Savor Stark Restaurant Month (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign
up at the Savor Stark Restaurant Month (the “Pass”) mobile passport page, check-in at a
location during the Sweepstakes Period, and who are at least 18 as of the date of entry.
Employees of the Stark County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau and participating locations (the
“Sponsors”) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,
suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of
each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, and you
represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Stark County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, as final and
binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on March 1, 2024 and ending
March 30, 2024. All entries must be received by March 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting the online form on the Pass
mobile passport page, and checking-in at participating locations any time during the
Sweepstakes Period. Participants may check in once at each participating location; each
individual check in is counted as a sweepstakes entry. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes
requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not
adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Stark
County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau. You may enter only once and you must fill in the
information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities
or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise
attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole
discretion of the Stark County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau.
5. Prizes: Sweepstakes winner will receive over $600 in Gift Cards to Stark County
Restaurants. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses,
including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole
responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by
winners is permitted.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random
drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email
address they entered upon signing up at the Pass mobile passport page. Must respond within
fifteen (15) days following the winner’s notification. The Sponsors shall have no liability for a
winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or
for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the
selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the
time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The
receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance
with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Stark County
Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, participating locations and their individual subsidiaries, affiliates,
advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns,
employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or
damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such
entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or
misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not
limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the
unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of
entries.
9. Disputes: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the
state of Ohio. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any
and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out
of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any
such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs
associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have
damages multiplied or increased.

11. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail
your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Stark County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, 401 Market Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio 44702. Requests must be received no later
than May 15, 2024. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Stark County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, 401 Market Ave. North, Canton, Ohio 44702.

Refund Policy
Refunds: No refunds.
Extensions: Purchase Activation Extensions may be made in certain circumstances by reaching out to customer service to explain the reason for request and will only be considered on unused passes or items that are still within the activation period timeframe. Extensions will not be made in any event past 365 days of the purchase date. Extension requests on events and certain time sensitive admissions will not be honored.
