Our brewing program boasts a true farm-to-glass experience. All of our ingredients are sourced within a 400-mile radius of the brewery, with 90% of the ingredients hailing from Ohio. All beers are brewed in homage to classic styles, void of any artificial adjuncts in to protect and showcase the integrity of the ingredients that comprise each brew. The culinary program is a natural extension of the brewing program through the incorporation of local, seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
